- 2 ground beef patties (1/3 lb each, 80/20 beef)
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 2 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, relish, garlic powder)

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook sliced onions until golden brown and caramelized (about 8 minutes). Set aside.

Preheat griddle to high heat. Score edges of Tangy Pork Roll slices and sear until crispy (about 2 minutes per side).
